Pentair Aquatic System recognise the importance of having regular interactive training and sessions with Pentair Customers, in helping to impart the product knowledge, building confidence in Pentair products, and growing pool business together with Pentair. As the main importer and distributor, PT. Delta Upakarti Ekaprindo, support this event as well, since we realise that we would like to growing together as a partner with our principal and customer.
On 25th April 2016, place at JW Marriott Hotel Surabaya, we organised One Day Pentair Training session with PT. Delta Upakarti Ekaprindo’s customer which coming from Surabaya, Bali, and Semarang. In this training we learned and discussed about Hydraulics, Sanitizer, and Automation.

Our first topic is Hydraulic. Hydraulic is the science of water in motion and also the basic knowledge for pool contractors. In this topic we learn about pressure and resistance to flow in order to choose the right size pump and flow rate for the filter.
The next topic is Sanitizer, in this topic we also learn about water chemistry. Three primary goals in learning water chemistry : protect swimmers from disease and infection, protect pool surface and equipment, and produce clear sparkling water. This discussion become interesting since attendees start to share their field experience or problems and learn together how to solve the problem.

Last topic is Automation, even the topic was given in a brief, pool contractors can learn and acknowledge Pentair product range.
Finally, we thank Pentair Aquatic System for provide One Day Training and PT. Delta Upakarti Ekaprindo was honored to be co-organiser for this event as well.
